 hello,
please i need help with localization, ive read some but it seems to be of no help. the problem is:
I'm doing my final year project on a CMS portal project, very new concept for me, and i have been told to localize the site for indigenous businesses in our local language , Yoruba, which is not one of the languages recognized by visual studio. the problem is that although it makes use of the english alphabets, it has its own accentuations, like an a with a accent on top or a dot under. i do not know how to pull that off. dates, time and all that are still done in the british format, basically,
i really need help with the  letters of the alphabet, and how i can use them in my project as resources. plus how to make visual studio recognize it.

thanks a lot!
