Hi,
I used sqlroleprovider tables for my application. Its a student online registration application where they can create their time tables etc.
I use the predefined methods for creating users and assiging them to roles( admin or student) in the admin section
I have a query. I want to reference the User table and the Student table. the student table will have StudentID and StudentName. Somehow I want to link the user and the student tables, but the UserId in the Users table (predefined in SQLRoleProvider tables) is a unique identifier weird string.
Can someone please show me how I can work around this?
I am afraid to meddle with the predefined tables. And if I do, how will I accordingly change the Admin interface?
