Page closing ....

I have two short questions:
1. - If I return from one page to another I am using code:
  Protected Sub LinkButton1_Click(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles LinkButton1.Click
        Response.Redirect("Default.aspx")
    End Sub
Do I have to add code to close the page ( something like Me.Close or  Me. Hide in VB)?
2. - How can I change the linkbutton ( forecolor or background color ?) when the cursor enters the linkbutton or when the cursor leaves the linkbutton (something like a mouse in and mouse out in the VB)?
