PNG Issue in IE6

Hi,

When I mouse hover on particular tab in my page I am showing a popup div and its background image is png.The div background image is working properly in most of the browsers except IE 6. IE 6 has the transparency issue. If you have any solution for this, plz share with me.

Thanks.
