Hi
I am using mysql as my db and thus arranged for mysqlmembershipprovider and mysqlrolesprovider. All was working fine, like this.
Now as I need more fields than supported in the membership table, I looked in the SQLTableProfileProvider. As no custom mysql version was available, I decided to modify it. I have now modified it and my solution works with the following bugs:
1- When the user is being created, my profile user gets saved, but no data for the user is saved. I have checked this in debug mode and no textbox values are being passed to the .vb classes.
2- When I open editprofile, ofcourse as profile data wasnt saved, it is blank. But now when I save the profile again by filling data. It gets saved in the db. Now I logout and login again and goto edit profile again, and whoo! I dont see my saved data. I have checked that the data is still there in the db, but it is not appearing on my pages.
