Hello, I have been searching for an answer on this issue, but I have not found an explanation or workaround for this behavior with sitemaps. I am using Windows Authentication and I have enabled security trimming in order to use role authentication. I have connected a menu control to a sitemap. In the sitemap file I am able to show and hide parent nodes and their children by setting the roles. However, if I authorize a parent to a role and try to hide a child of the parent, it will only hides the role if no url is entered. Please see this example:
