I want to run ASP.NET pages on my PC so i downloaded the Internet Information Services (IIS) software and .NET framework.However when I type for e.g. the URL http://localhost/hello1.aspx, an error message occurs in my browser as follows:

Additionally, I have tried the URL http://127.0.0.1 but it is prompting for a username and password which I have no clue what it is. Can someone help me?
