Hi all,

I have an ASP.NET 2.0 web service running on a server.
This is setup to allow impersonation and use integrated windows authentication. Anonymous access is not allowed.
The program seems to work fine until it tries to create a new directory on a network share. At this point, it fails with an UnauthorizedAccessException (Access to the path '...' is denied.)
I added some diagnostics to check that impersonation is working. Both 'System.Web.HttpContext.Current.User.Identity.Name' and 'Environment.Username' return the expected username.
I tried logging on to a terminal server as this user and I could then create directories on the same share with no problem.

Therefore, it seems that the permissions on the account are fine and the account is being used to run the service... so what's going wrong!?
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve.
