when press back button , the previous page rad upload control value should be visible.

hi!
          I have a rad upload control for uploading marksheet image file...radupload file also contain std textbox for entering which standard.. but that textbox i have created using below addmarksheet function..I can perfectly upload the file... but after clicking save button , file upload and textbox value are invisible ...I want the value in a visible state...If the user click back button from another aspx page, this page value should be in a visible state..below is my code available...can anyone help me how I can visible textbox and rad upload value, when press back button from another page....thanks...
