Background: ASP.NET 3.5 Web App
All of a sudden (earlier today or yesterday) we are having problems with time formatting. We format the date and time with the following string: {0:MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm tt}. This has worked fine for years, but now "AM" is not displaying - only "PM" when applicable.
