Servre side control is not wroking

Hi all,
my Form is wrkg 5ne before i put html content..Today my designer design the complete home page and given to me.In that flash also embeded .Now i embed some button controls .But those are not running....

One more question: My Designer given us some images for buttons how shud i convert those images into server side buttons
