How do I display multiple records in multiple tabular format?

Hi Experts again,
Please take a look at the attached image.
We would like our users to select a location from the dropdownlist and all records associated with the user's selection are displayed like the attached.
In other words, we would like data laid out like:
Course:  Coursename
Trainer: Trainer Name
Date: Course date
Description of course
