Images doesnt appear?

Hi, 

I have placed an image file on the Login page.
Path as follows: /ICTOnlineForms/Images/seekers_login.jpg
When I run it from the code, it runs very well. 
But when I add the application on the IIS , it cannot read the image. I've checked the file path about 20x but to no avail.
what cud be the prob? 
Login and everything works fine, only the image is not displaying.
