Color in 'switch' statement

I know that Color is a struct. I convert it to an int with Color.ToArgb()
So why can I not use the result as the case label in a switch statement?
switch (clrAlert.ToArgb())
{
case Color.Red.ToArgb(): // it thinks this is not a constant.
...
break;
...
}
...
