create timetable OO style

Hi I would like to create a timetable system for a retail outlet.

I want to know what the best way to go about this is, the application will need to automatically create a timetable each week. What I have so far is something like this:

 
' the actual timeslot
Dim slot() As String

' arrays of parts
Dim years() As Integer
Dim months() As String
Dim days() As String
Dim times() As String
Dim staff() As String
Dim importance() As Integer
 Probably this is not correct, what way should i approach the problem? Also I want to do it OO, how can I do it?
