Hi,
I have a application on production server. basically it's for government organization and we developed it in asp.net. it has inbox/outbox for each actor [different administrator of the application].
now the problem is when any actor login and click on any of the mail in inbox. first time it take 3-4 minutes to just load the mail page [it opens in different tab] and even the URL does not display before 2 minutes. i think it might be some setting problem.
any suggestion ?
