Response.Redirect dosen't make postback - How walk around?

Hi,
I have GridView with custom command button collumn on site: Module.aspx?module=article, And I want to click on some row on that grid and pass to command_row event then check "something" about that row, and when is everything is OK, then make Response.Redirect to the same site, but I care to add QueryString for example I want to make redirect to Module.aspx?module=article&Id=id, I know that Response.Redirect dosen''t make postback;/ but I have to get PostBack on True.
