render HTML in a label control

Hi,
  I have a GridView that has an TemplateField of Label. The data from database for that Label field contains HTML tags like <b>, <li>, <u>, etc. I'd like to those HTML tags are renders as their full meanings in the Label field. But on run time, those HTML tags are shown as plain text in the Label column field of the grid. For example, at run time one label contents is seen as  <b>Ladies Shoes</b>
Please give me some ideas to solve the problem. Thanks in advance.
