Start Date and End Date of all the weeks in a Month

Hi,
I would like to know, if there's any way to fetch the start date and end dates of all the weeks in a given month.
For example: If I give the Month as September.
I want something like this:
MM/DD/YYYY
09/01/2009 - 09/04/2009
09/07/2009 - 09/11/2009

09/14/2009 - 09/18/2009

09/21/2009 - 09/25/2009

09/28/2009 - 09/30/2009
