trying to read a txt file n putting it into a datagrid using C#

Hello, I'm kinda new to this forum so if i'm in the wrong section pls redirect me. I've jz started learning to create a silverlight app. My main task now is to read data from a text file and put it into a datagrid. The thing is the program i wrote in "C#" does not contain any error but yet it get's stuck while loading. I have no idea whats going on (infinite loop?)
anyway this is what happen when i enter values into the datagrid manually
