Not sure where to post this, so I figured I'd start here.  Can anyone
give some insight as to why when the ASP.NET pipeline encounters an
internal error (compilation or otherwise), the HTTP status code that is
retured along with the page (debug or custom) is 200???  Shouldn't it
be along the lines of a 5xx????  Can this be changed and/or
overridden???
My view is that if ASP.NET did not **successfully** handle the request, then a 200 should not be used.  Thoughts??
