How to store an arraylist or Generics to a profile or Session State and which one is preffered

I need to know how I can store an arraylist to a session state or profiles. I'm not sure which route to go. I'm collecting email addresses based on a selection of the checkboxes in one page and I'm then storing in an arraylist. Now the user goes to a second page and then send email blast but I will need to retrieve those email address .  The code below shows how I'm saving the email addresses to an arraylist. I will appreciate some code examples on how to retrieve the list in a second page. Or maybe there is a better way of storing collections.
