web method problem Urgent.....

Hi frinda i have a question please Urgent.

my problem is .. I am using web method to retrieve the user information ( in XML I am getting ouput).. this web method I am runing in developemt server..

Its return all the user information in XML..

but when i put my code in other server and when i am retreiving the user information using web methods I am not getting all the values for that user in the form of XML..

any idea why the web method retuing all the values for one server why not on the other server..
