Retrieve Rows in a DataSet Table

I have a Dataset with two tables being populated from a SQL query.  dataSet.Tables[0] and dataSet.Tables[1]
Table #1 has about 45 rows in it, but I want to bind to an ASP:Repeater only 7 of them.  The column which I want to query by is called "Ter". 
 So how do I retrieve all of the rows which have a 2 in the Ter column and bind it to the repeater?
