I know this might not be the best place to ask but...
Short Story:
I started to work on a company that has most of their sites/services in classic ASP, and they're looking for a plataform to upgrade to.
Since I've been studying the ASP.NET for a while that's what I suggested as a member of the team, along with others.
But there's some members who dislike the idea, saying that JSV is a better option since it's free (I didn't knew you need to purchase a developer's license, I thought you could use the Express Version but they told me you can't for commercial purposes) and has the same power of the NET framework.
End of Story:
So I'm looking for arguments and advantages of each framework.
I've been studying ASP.NET so I know a bit here and there, most of these I think as advantages, but I don't know much about JSV except some videos that I've seen so I'm at a loss.
