I need to use a RegularExpressionValidator to test a string that meets the following criteria:
contains only a-z and/or A-Z and/or 0-9 and/or the special characters _ and -
For example would produce the following results:
abc123 - pass
abc 123 - fail (contains space)
abc123! - fail (contains !)
abc%&123 - fail (contains % and &)
a_b-c0_9 - pass
Could anyone please help me write the RegEx pattern? I've tried using some online tools but don't have enough experience.
