MouseOver gridview

 Hi all,
        I have a grid with radiobutton on the mouse of the radiobutton column i am displaying the corresponding row values in a div as mouse over.it works perfectly in IE6
       In IE7 the mouse over working fine it displaying the values on mouse over 
     my Issue is on IE6 mouse over  display over the grid it will not be transparent it will like a popup over the grid.
      In IE7 the mouse over works fine what happen his the div popup becomes transparent i am able to see grid row value and mouse popup data.But in IE6 it works like a popup by not showing the grid data.
Here it works like a popup but becomes transparent i am able to view grid data through popup.
