Populating BulletList from ArrayList

Hello all,
 
I am currently tring to populating a bulletlist to display changed fields on a feedback page.  I currently have successfully passed an ArrayList to the target page, however cannot seem to populate the BulletList from the ArrayList
 Below is an example of my code on the Target Page.
