How to call a WCF service asynchronously from ASP.NET page?

Hi,

 Can any one point out a link to an example to call a WCF service asynchronously from ASP.NET page? I created a service reference in the asp.net web applicaiton with Asynch operations. I have tried to use  for the WCF service asynchronously on event based model from web appliciaton by following the below link:

I am having below issues:

1. It calls the web service operation contract but doest not fire the callback event handler.

2. As it is forcing to have a static method for the callback event handler I am not sure how I can get the control object to update its content.

 Please let me know if any one have a solution for this.
