How to feed text to a textarea or table and it can scroll automatically?

I need to retrieve text string from table of MSSQL DB and display them row by row in descending order in a textarea box OR a table (like http://www.alibaba.com/   Latest buy leads).

I use asp.net and C#, how can I do that?
