Help on getting files from a given folder or directory

 Hello People,
 I have a problem when I want to read a file from a directory on a web server. But, I am receiving error saying Could not find file 'ppk2.xls'. How can I do it, the folder called uploadedfile.  the structure is as follows C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\deff\uploadedfile . the files to select I am in uploadedfile folder. How can I do it?
