Filling a value in the textbox on load

By using a following line I'm filling the textbox on load but I could able to see while loading. can you please go through the following line and tell me is there any problem in assigning value to textbox?

((TextBox)dlProjects.Controls[0].FindControl("tbCode")).Text = code;
