purpose: I want to use my existing database to store roles, memberships, etc instead having the .net configuration's default "aspnetdb.mdf" database
setting: I'm using Windows7, Visual Web Express 2008, SQL Express 2008
Problem:
By searching the forum, it comes up a Tool to configure all roles, memberships database setting over my existing database, named "aspnet_regsql.exe"
So I opened this tools under CMD, the wizard pops up, and then I'm stucked at the 3rd screen, where it states; Select the Server and Database
I installed this SQL express 2008 on my PC all by its default options, and don't know much about its configuration, all I know is that my SQL express server's instance name is by default: SQLEXPRESS, and my website's database name is "database.mdf"
Thus I have no idea what to input into these fields, if I leave everything by default and click the select box right at "Database",& ...
