hi everyone!
Some Of my Website Users, when try to login, Recieve This Error messege and their accounts get disable! --> "Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again."
if they wanna recover their password they recieve this messege in password recovery tool --> "We were unable to access your information. Please try again."
i used default "aspnetdb" for membership. what I did wrong ? why this problem happens time and again? should I add someting to my web.config?
how can i recover their account?
any suggestion?
