Custom Trace Listener and Provider model

 I have just gone through this nice article that shows how to
implement ââ?¬Å?Custom Trace Listener and Provider Modelââ?¬Â ( http://blogs.msdn.com/amolgote/archive/2008/05/07/custom-trace-listener-and-provide-model.aspx)
But it has NO sample source code included that shows the actual implementation.
Anybody know how to actually implement this? Any sample code articles will be appreciated.
