Displaying word by word

Hi All,

I have a small seemingly trivial task which i just can not get working. I have a text box on a form, which fills text stored in a string and written to via the .Text() property. It displays this all in one go, which is fine, but i need for it to display it word by word and for there to be a delay of x milliseconds between words. The requirement for the application im writing is geared towards accessibility for impaired users.

I've split the string into words using space and '.' as delimiters, and cant seem to go further. I can probably manage it through javascript, but dont really want to go down that road given possible client javascript issues with web applications.

Any advice?
