Create User Wizard Problem

Hi,

I recently encountered a problem when i uploaded my website to the web. When i try and use the create user wizard it tells me to use another username after clicking the create user button.

Despite the error message the system will still create the user in the database it just wont show up on the web page.

Does anyone have any ideas why this isent working and any suggestions?

thanks in advance
