Calling CheckedChanged on uncheck

Hey fellas,
Here's the setup.  I have two radio buttons in a radio button group.  One of the radio buttons is checked by default.  I want to use the following code:
 
 Protected Sub RequestTypeUnblock_CheckedChanged(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles RequestTypeUnblock.CheckedChanged If RequestTypeUnblock.Checked Then PopulationAffectedPlaceholder.Visible = True Else PopulationAffectedPlaceholder.Visible = False End if End Sub
