Assign access rule to role

 Hello all, I am not real sure what I need to do here.  What I am trying to do here is create a role, add a folder with that role name, and then give that role access to the folder that was just created.  I think this is done via access rules, I just need to make sure only users of that specific role are the only ones that have access to that folder.  Here is my code that creates the role and folder.  Thanks for the help.
