Hi all,
I have been working on a project for the better part of a month using ASP.NET MVC and the ASP.NET Roles and Membership provider. Everything has been working as expected in regards to logging in...until yesterday afternoon.
Quite suddenly, I could not log in with any existing accounts, both when running locally and on the dev server (although both access the same DB store). Just to be clear, I am the only one working on the code and I have not touched the AccountController code, or anything attached to it, and even if I had, I did not commit the code yet. So..I made a new account and was able to log in to it. Hurrah! Until this morning. Now I cannot log into ANY previous account, including the new one from yesterday. I made yet another new account and can once more log into just that account.
I am really quite baffled as are other devs in my office as to what is transpiring here. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
