ReCaptcha problem - An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions

Hi,
I am page where user needs to fill up some fields. It is working perfectly well. Recently i tried to include Google Recaptcha for asp.net control. It works fine for the first time. But now it is showing the following error when pressing the Submit button. It is showing captcha but whenever i am clicking the submit button this error is coming. Can anyone help me out?
