auto refresh and fetch data from the database

Hey Folks!
I want to auto refresh a page and display the data from the database on the dynamic table. How do I proceed with it?
This is the AJAX code snippet that I have added. I know that inside <ContentTemplate> the code to display the data should be written. Please help me out with this.
