Ok, I used the example on technet http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms998360(printer).aspx which mentions creating a basic page with a password recovery control on it. In my test environment using active directory, I am able to log on no problem. The issue is when I do not logon and I click reset password which links to the recovery page, it does nothing except returns me to the log on page. In the address bar, the ReturnURL shows resetpass.aspx. Has anyone seen this behavior before? This is in .net 2.0 using C#. For your information, here is the web config and machine config files.
