Setting window scroll bar at the top of the page ?

Hello everyone

The issue I'm having right now is that if I move the window scroll bar (verticle scroll bar at the right) down on Form1 for viewing more for information on that page and click next button in the bottom of that page to Form2, the Form2 displays but not display at the top of the page, it displays the form where you move the window scroll bar from the previous page. When the form loads, I want it to display at the top of the page. So how do I set the window scroll bar always stay at the top of the webpage?  Thanks
