Create new user on specific application ID

This is how i normally create a new user
MembershipCreateStatus createStatus; MembershipUser newUser = Membership.CreateUser(_User, _Password, _Email);
Now i don't want this code to pick up the applicationName/ID from web.config but specify here itself create the user on so & so application ID.
How can that be achieved?
