ValidateRequest problem

Hello friends

Basically the problem is this: I would like to manipulate a string (HTML) on the server and populate it in a tooltip done in javascript. The html part that I use is only <BR /> along with some texts, getting something like this:

Tooltip: "Information <BR /> 1 - info 1.... <BR /> 2 - info 2 ... <BR/>"

I do not want to disable ValidateRequest ASP.NET and would like to find a way to get list these items on separate lines. However, when running this way, returns the error "A potentially dangerous value was required ..."

This problem began to appear after they entered the update panel in the application.
