problem in ActiveX control for search utility

We have written an ActiveX control for search utility. We have packaged this control in a CAB file using Cabarc utility which contains the DLL file and the INF file. The process we need to automate is: 1. Locate CAB on server and download it to the client. 2. Extract INF file and DLL from the downloaded CAB file. 3. The INF file registers the DLL into the registry. This dll gets registered successfully using regasm command when we do it manually. regasm TestDllRegistry.dll /codebase /tlb But, registering DLL through CAB file doesn't work. Not even through right click -> install option on INF file. Any pointers to this problem will be really useful. PFA the INF file.
