Consider an application that accepts very confidential requests using HTTPS. The application takes every precaution to encrypt the data when it is stored, overwtite the contents of the temporary files it uses as well as memory.   The only issue that remains is that the confidential data is visible in the clear in dumps.
Does ASP.NET provide any settings to overwrite memory and temporary files when it is done using it?  If not, is there a way one can achieve this programtically?
