Binding a Business object to a dropdown list

 Hi all,
I've been working on learning Business Objects and such and have come to a stump.  I'm trying to bind data to a dropdown list.  This is the code i have so far:
 
SuppliersBLL supplierList = new SuppliersBLL();
dlSupplier.DataSource = supplierList.GetSuppliers();
dlSupplier.DataBind();  
My question is how do you assign the values for the Text and values of the drop down?
