Device is not ready & Could not find any part of the path

Could anyone help me, I have this problem. I have build a Web Application, and I have publish it.


When I a browse my Web application in my Local Web Server (http://localhost/myweb/...) everything goes fine.


But When I browse Web application from the site (www.mysite.com/myweb/....) it gives me an error.


I want to open a file in this way


FileInfo fi = new FileInfo(path);


StreamReader fs = fi.OpenText();


Where "path? holds the path of any file in my computer (for example d:\mydir\myfile.txt).


The error is:


1.System.IO.IOException: The device is not ready.


Or 2.FileNotFoundException: Could not find any part of the file.





The file exist because, the Web Application in my Web server goes fine.
